This Safari introduces you to Lake Nakuru National Park literally termed as the “A beautiful wildlife haven” This is located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. Visitors can enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic and game drives. To Spice it more, we have added the famous Masai Mara – another wonder in the world of Tourism and Wildlife

DETAILED ITINERARY
NOTE: On your arrival in Kenya, we recommend spending one or two nights in Nairobi to unwind but also to give you an opportunity to experience this diverse and thriving city. The City offers many local attractions where you can learn about the history of the pioneer city and the cultures that make Kenya a unique destination for any type of traveler, as well as partake of international restaurants, shop, markets in a vibrant afro-urban scene. It’s actually the only city in Africa with a National Park.

DAY 01: NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

08:00 Hrs, Depart Nairobi and descend into the Great Rift Valley where Lake Nakuru is located; the drive takes 3 hours. This is a shallow strongly alkaline lake set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland and is home to thousands of Flamingoes, Buffalo, Lions, Zebra, Giraffe & other animal & Bird Species. Arrive at Lion Hill Lodge for lunch and after a short rest proceed on for an evening game drive and afterwards return for dinner and overnight at the Lion Hill Lodge FB.

DAY 02 - LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA

After breakfast proceed to Masai Mara for the next two nights. For our adventurous, thrill-seeking guests who desire a front row seat to the crossing of the Mara and Talek Rivers during the wildebeest migration season, the most well-known part of the Great Migration, we recommend the central zone of the reserve. Central Masai Mara is also a year-round game-viewing mecca with impressive populations of herbivores and predators which remain even after the spectacular hordes of wildebeests and zebras have gone.

DAY 03 - MASAI MARA

This day is spent game viewing across the rich tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game, black manned lion, leopard, cheetah & elephants. All meals at the Lodge.

DAY 04 - MASAI MARA

From the Lodge we explore the Mara region packed with the elephants, zebras, rhinos and all kinds of game throughout the year. All meals at the Lodge.

DAY 05 - MASAI MARA - NAIROBI.

Breakfast and proceed on to Nairobi with lunch enroute, drop off to your preferred hotel.
