Day1: Arrival at Entebbe

Your arrival will be a warm welcome by our company representative then taken for refreshments and depending on time of arrival, you will check in at your hotel then acclimatize. There is an option of going for a city tour or staying behind to relax while recovering jet lag. Briefing about your safari is also done today and final payments if any. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Meeting at an agreed place by 7:00am, briefing then start the 6 -7 hours journey including some interesting stops. Enjoy a hearty lunch on the way, cross the Nile at Karuma Falls if lucky sighting some animals crossing the road such as Elephants, Baboons, and many antelopes. However, make sure to leave your windows closed as the baboons will be attracted to snatch items from the car. For bird lovers, be on the lookout for some species. Depending on the accommodation you selected, you shall get the ferry to cross over the Nile and transfer to your accommodation where you shall spend the evening relaxing.

Day 3: Game drive and boat cruise on the Nile

Bottom of The Falls, Hike To The Top Of The Falls.

Early morning breakfast then enter the park by 7:00am to embark on the early morning game drive for the great chances of seeing nocturnal animals and elusive predators such as Lions, Jackals, Leopards as they are still active in the morning hours and haven’t returned to their hide outs. Giraffes may be sighted, small antelopes like Oribi, impalas and primates like the baboons and monkeys.

Explore the game trails towards the Lake Albert delta as you enjoy the beautiful savannah landscape at is immersed with plenty of life and wonderful scenery. The game drive will last approximately 3 hours and you have a choice of either having packed breakfast on the game drive or return to the lodge for breakfast.

Back to the lodge there is some time to relax. After lunch set out for a 2-hour Launch cruise which sets off at the Para dock with a chance of seeing Hippos, crocodiles, big game such a Buffalos, elephants and antelopes that have come at the river to cool off from the too much heat. Reaching at the bottom of the falls you will embark on a 45-minute hike to the top of the falls.

Once you reach at the top of the falls you will find your driver to drive your back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. You will have chance to watch the sunset on river Nile at dusk.

Day 4: Game drive and relaxing

Have a relaxed breakfast in the morning and later continue for the morning game drive and relax at the swimming pool in the afternoon, then have an evening game drive for game viewing Later dinner overnight – PAKUBA SAFARI LODGE – FB

Day 5: Transfer from Murchison Falls National Park to Entebbe

The clients will have a morning breakfast and have a game drive as they check out of the Murchison falls national park and transfer back to Kampala.
